In USA, the ensuring of the knowledge and skills of nurses from other parts of the world is done by accessing their NCLEX-RN results. The National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) is the licensure examination by NCSBN, National Council of State Boards of Nursing, to evaluate whether a nursing professional is eligible to practice in the United States of America. This exam is given in order to make sure that the nurses are suitable enough to provide protection and safety to public during medical care in the country.
